I finally finished the commission for dear 
. I kinda tried a new technique...It was supposed to be a shading technique, but turned out to be more of a fur practise.
I wasn't sure what to do with the 'background'. At first I wanted to use the same picture of Nanaki in the background, making it transparent and slowly fading. I know how to make something transparent, of course, but I couldn't figure out how to do the slowly fading effect with Sai. I also played around with giving him a shadow, but I didn't like the result...So I kept it like this. I hope that's okay.
I also really hope you like this! This took me way longer than I though it would. That damn fur, and the colo... x.x Still, if anything requires change, please tell me.

You really nailed his anatomy, and his hair looks badass. The expression is fantastic, and you did an incredible job on the fur texture. I appreciate all the hard work that must have gone into this- it really shows! Thank you so much for this! I love it!
